| NewsRadio was a sitcom that was all about office politics within a group of co-workers at WNYX NewsRadio, New York's #2 newsradio station. Matthew (Andy Dick), seen at lower right, was the comic relief for the show and was the office weird guy. Dave Foley starred as the news director, Phil Hartman and Khandi Alexander portrayed the anchor people, Maura Tierney was the supervising producer, Stephen Root was the station's eccentric owner, Vicki Lewis was the strange secretary and Joe Rogan was the tech-happy electrician. NewsRadio was an American sitcom that was originally broadcast from 1995 to 1999 on NBC and was created by executive producer Paul Simms. |
