This movie scene is after Magneto kidnaps a politician that is lobbying to have mutants registered. Magneto irradiates the politician with a machine and turns him into a mutant. Unfortunately for the politician it also ends up killing him by mass cellular degredation. He's the one lying on the table just before dying and the Professor is talking to him. |
