Mission: Impossible (1969-1971) (TV) - Starring as The Amazing Paris, master of disguise in 49 episodes
Plot Summary
  The show ran on CBS from the 60's to the early 70's. It was about a team of government spies and specialists (the I.M.F. or Impossible Missions Force), who were assigned by an unseen secretary. The series was best known for its opening scene where a pre-recorded tape would self destruct in 5 seconds.
- Leonard Nimoy replaced Martin Landau, the previous master of disguise, who ironically had originally been offered the role of Spock!
Catlow (1971) - Starring as Miller
Plot Summary
  Based on a novel by Louis L'Amour, this comedic western tells of the cheerfully lawless rogue "Catlow" (Yul Brynner), who tries to get his hands on two million dollars of government cash while trying to avoid his friend--who happens to be a lawman (Richard Crenna). Also included is Apaches, alternatively willing and vengeful women, banditos, and enough captures and escapes for several movies.
- Miller is a malevolent bounty hunter, who is set on hounding Catlow to his death. He's killed in a shootout with Catlow.
Night Gallery (1972) (TV) - Starring as Henry Auden in "She'll Be Company for You"
Plot Summary
  This was Rod Serling's follow-up to The Twilight Zone. Set in a shadowy museum, Serling unveiled disturbing tales of fantasy and horror.

  In this episode a widower finds himself under the watchful eye of a strangely menacing cat after his invalid wife dies.
- Henry Auden is the widower who ends up hearing the cats bell, plus it's roars sounding like a tigers, and seeing the shadow of a large jungle cat instead of the house pet. He's mauled to death by the cat in his dead wife's old room.

Columbo (1973) (TV) - Starring as Dr. Barry Mayfield in "A Stitch in Crime"
Plot Summary
  Columbo (Peter Falk) was a shabby, apparently slow-witted police detective, although, as the criminals eventually learned different. He solved his cases by paying close attention to tiny details.

  In this episode Columbo's investigative skills uncover a trail of murderous events. A nurse becomes suspicious about a doctor sewing up internal organs after 'successful' operations.
- Dr. Barry Mayfield is a highly successful and respected surgeon, that kills the nurse and eventually gets caught of course.
Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978) - Starring as Dr. David Kibner
Plot Summary

  This is the first remake of the movie where an alien race departs their dying world and lands on Earth. They emerge from plantlike pods, and grow into perfect physical duplications of their human victims, who shrivel up and die. The "pod people" are indistinguishable from normal people, except for their total lack of emotion. Once a pod person is fully grown, it works secretly to spread more pods, so that more people will be taken over. Donald Sutherland and Brooke Adams star as the main characters.
- Dr. David Kibner is the main characters friend and a pop psychologist with a rational explanation of what's happening. He compares it to a virus--but a psychological one.

Vincent (1981) (TV) - Starring as Vincent Van Gogh
Plot Summary

  Leonard Nimoy stars in this critically acclaimed one-man performance that movingly reveals Vincent van Gogh as few knew him. Based on more than 500 letters exchanged between Van Gogh and his brother Theo, the play examines the passion and torment of the extraordinary artist's life and death as seen through his brother's eyes. As Van Gogh's paintings are projected in the background, Nimoy becomes both Theo van Gogh and Vincent in this compelling, touching portrayal that has thrilled theatergoers across the country.

T.J. Hooker (1983) (TV) - Starring as Paul McGuire in "Vengeance Is Mine"
Plot Summary
  A crime drama that premiered in 1982 that was about an undercover officer whose partner's death spurs him to return to the beat in order to rid the streets of crime. He is also assigned a partner who is also a very young officer.

  In this episode Hooker and Romano respond to a reported rape. The girl is certain that she knows the attacker and can identify him, but he's a lawyer, and he gets off without charge. Hooker tries to nail him by the book and bring him to justice the proper way.
- McGuire's daughter made the rape report and he becomes impatient at the lack of action taken so he decides to take matters into his own hands.
Faerie Tale Theatre (1986) (TV) - Starring as The Evil Moroccan Magician in "Aladdin and His Wonderful Lamp"
Plot Summary
  The Faerie Tale Theater series hosted by Shelley Duvall, brings to life the ever-popular Arabian Nights tale when foolish Aladdin (Robert Carradine) is trapped in a tiny cave by an evil magician, but eventually escapes with the help of a powerful genie. Also look for Valerie Bertinelli as Princess Sabrina.
The New Outer Limits (1995) (TV) - Starring as Thurman Cutler in "I, Robot"
Plot Summary

  The TV show started with the screen going black and then wavy lines appearing etc. Then you would hear the narrator start saying, "There is nothing wrong with your television set. Much like The Twilight Zone, it was more focused on hard science fiction than fantasy and was a full hour.

  This episode is just a newer version of the original where a robot is accused of murder and it turns out that the prosecution is not simply placing the robot on trial, but mankind itself as irresponsible and abusive of technology.
- In this version Leonard Nimoy actually plays a different character than in the original. Thurman Cutler is a defense attorney brought out of retirement to defend the robot.

The Simpsons (1993 and 1997) (TV) - Starring as Himself (voice ) in "Marge vs. the Monorail" and in "The Springfield Files"
Plot Summary
  The Simpsons has been running since 1989 and is one of the most popular sitcoms of all time. The cartoon is about a very politically incorrect family featuring Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie Simpson.. If you need more you would have to crawl out from under that rock you've been under.

  In Marge vs. the Monorail, Springfield gets a new monorail and Homer is driving it. The Monorail turns out to be a piece of junk and when it speeds out of control, Homer must use all his skills to stop it.
- Leonard Nimoy shows up for the maiden voyage to add an unsolved mysteries and Star Trek theme to it.

  In The Springfield Files Homer goes to the Moe's but has to walk home and he sees an alien. Mulder and Scully show up to investigate while Homer and Bart go out to get hard evidence on the alien. The whole town shows up the following Friday evening to see it, but Smithers tells them that it's just Mr. Burns on his medication.
- Leonard Nimoy opens this particular tale about a typical Friday night with an in search of theme to it. He also helps out with the singing at the end.
Brave New World (1998) (TV) - Starring as Mustapha Mond
Plot Summary
  This film takes Aldous Huxley's novel and modernizes it, setting it in a large metropolitan area much like the cities of today. The plot centers on Bernard Marx, a high-level "Alpha" executive at the Department of Hatcheries and Conditioning, and on his relationship with Lenina Crowne, a schoolteacher who is responsible for educating the children grown within the building. Marx and Lenina have been seeing each other which attracts unwanted attention from some in the strictly polygamous society. Marx is also under scrutiny by his boss for his wild theories on human psychology and mind control.
