The town has, like the rest of the nation, fallen on lean times and seem to have lost all interest in celebrating. However, Emma manages to enlist the town's dogs into a colorful holiday pageant that reminds the inhabitants that even the Great Depression cannot ruin the spirit of Christmas. |

In this episode, Danny sees a body laying on the subway tracks. Mac Taylor, and Lyndsay Monroe join him. Stella and Hawks investigate the death of stock broker found hanging from the window of his office, but the hanging was staged and the man was strangled to death.

Steadman was at the center of a conspiracy orchestrated by Reynolds and "The Company" to fake his death and frame Lincoln Burrows for the murder. |

Because of his actions during the hostage crisis he is hailed as a hero, and that gives him a new lease on life. He is eventually fired from his job, leaves his wife, and moves in with Nick.
